PRESCRIBED TEMPORARY INDEXING FACTOR

Prescribed temporary indexing factor

1. For the purposes of subsections 51 (5) and 52 (1.3) of the Act, a temporary indexing factor of 0.5 per cent shall be applied for 2010.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2010.
