REVOKING VARIOUS REGULATIONS MADE UNDER THE CAPITAL INVESTMENT PLAN ACT, 1993

1. The following regulations made under the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 are revoked:

1. Ontario Regulation 114/97.

2. Ontario Regulation 608/94.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2010 and the day this Regulation is filed.
