Revoking O. Reg. 343/94

(Provincially Approved Screening Devices)

1. Ontario Regulation 343/94 is revoked.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of,

(a) the day subsection 16 (8) of the Road Safety Act, 2009 comes into force;

(b) the day subsection 16 (10) of the Road Safety Act, 2009 comes into force; and

(c) the day this Regulation is filed.
