Amending O. Reg. 43/02

1. (1) Subsection 6 (1) of Ontario Regulation 43/02 is revoked and the following substituted:

Board of directors

(1) The board of directors of the Agency shall be composed of not more than 12 members, to be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister, and shall include one member from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

(2) Subsection 6 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “members from the Ontario Infrastructure Projects Corporation and” and substituting “member from”.

2. Section 18 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “August 19, 2010” at the end and substituting “August 17, 2012”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
