Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

1. (1) Schedule 43 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following items:

(2) Item 116 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

2. (1) Items 6, 12, 13.2 and 14 of Schedule 46 to the Regulation are revoked.
(2) Item 15 of Schedule 46 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(3) Item 18 of Schedule 46 to the Regulation is revoked.
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 14 of the Road Safety Act, 2009 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
