Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

1. Items 7 to 12 of Schedule 54 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked.

2. Schedule 55 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) Item 41 to Schedule 64 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

41.	Fail to wear proper helmet	subsection 20 (1)
41.1	Fail to securely fasten helmet chin strap	subsection 20 (1)

4. (1) Schedule 70 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

33.1

Fail to stop — flashing red and blue lights

subsection 18 (1)

(2) Schedule 70 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

35.

Fail to securely fasten helmet chin strap

subsection 19 (1)

5. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Section 2 comes into force on the later of November 1, 2010 and the day this Regulation is filed.
