Amending Reg. 1055 of R.R.O. 1990

1. Section 13 of Regulation 1055 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. Subsection 15 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.

3. Section 22 of the Regulation is revoked.

4. Forms 1, 2 and 3 of the Regulation are revoked.

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
