Amending O. Reg. 257/00

(General)

1. (1) Subsection 23 (2) of Ontario Regulation 257/00 is amended by striking out “2009” and substituting “2011”.

(2) Subsection 23 (7) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2011” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “2013”.

2. (1) Subsection 24 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2009” and substituting “2011”.

(2) Subsection 24 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2011” and substituting “2013”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
