Amending O. Reg. 752/93

(Professional Misconduct)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 752/93 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

28. Failing to comply with an order or requirement of a Committee or of a panel of a Committee of the College.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
