Amending O. Reg. 512/97

(Critical Defects of Commercial Motor Vehicles)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 512/97 is amended by striking out “subsection 82.1 (7)” and substituting “subsection 82.1 (8)”.

2. Section 3 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 33 (2) of the Road Safety Act, 2009 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
