Amending Reg. 611 of R.R.O. 1990

(Safety Inspections)

1. (1) Subsection 4 (1) of Schedule 4 to Regulation 611 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “subsection 1 (1) of Regulation 612” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “subsection 3 (1) of Regulation 612”.

(2) Subsection 4 (2) of Schedule 4 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “clauses 1 (3) (c), (e) and (f) of Regulation 612” and substituting “clause 3 (2) (b) of Regulation 612”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of November 1, 2010 and the day this Regulation is filed.
