2. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of,
(a) January 1, 2011;
(b) the day Ontario Regulation 481/10 (Sheet Metal Worker) made under the Trades Qualification and Apprenticeship Act comes into force; and
(c) the day this Regulation is filed.
