Amending O. Reg. 275/04

(Information on Invoices to Low-Volume Consumers of Electricity)

1. Subsection 9 (1) of Ontario Regulation 275/04 is revoked and the following substituted:

Restriction

(1) Except as otherwise specified by this Regulation, another regulation made under the Act, the Electricity Act, 1998 or a regulation made under that Act, the Ontario Clean Energy Benefit Act, 2010 or a regulation made under that Act, an invoice shall not include on it any information about the subject matters to which the heading and sub-headings in section 1 refer.

2. Subsection 11 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2011 and the day it is filed.
