Amending Reg. 761 of R.R.O. 1990
(Milk and Milk Products)
1. Section 1.1 of Regulation 761 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
1.1 This Regulation does not apply to milk referred to in subclause 5 (1) (a) (i) that is sold or offered for sale to,
(a) the marketing board for non-food use; or
(b) any other person for use in plants in which milk or milk products are processed exclusively for non-food use.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 31, 2011 and the day it is filed.
