Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(Speed Limits)

1. Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 40 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Kawartha Lakes — City of Kawartha Lakes

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 35 in the City of Kawartha Lakes in the County of Kawartha Lakes lying between a point situate 346 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Kawartha Lakes Road 43 and a point situate 35 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Kawartha Lakes Road 48.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
