DEEMING ORDER
(NORTH ALMAGUIN PLANNING BOARD)

Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 484/71

1. (1) Ontario Regulation 484/71, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.

(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-01 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.

2. (1) Ontario Regulation 1133/80, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.

(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-02 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.

3. (1) Ontario Regulation 561/91, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.

(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-03 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.

4. (1) Ontario Regulation 531/94, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.

(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-04 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.

5. (1) Ontario Regulation 535/98, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.

(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-05 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.

6. (1) Ontario Regulation 573/98, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.

(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-06 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.

Commencement

7. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
