Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(Proceedings Commenced by Certificate of Offence)

1. Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.3.1 of Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked.

2. Forms 1 to 9 of the Regulation are revoked. 

Commencement

3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed. 

(2) Sections 1 and 2 come into force on the later of the day subsection 7 (4) of Schedule 1 to the Good Government Act, 2011 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
