Amending Reg. 949 of R.R.O. 1990

(Parking Infractions)

1. Sections 1 to 8 of Regulation 949 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked. 

2. Forms 1 to 7 of the Regulation are revoked. 

Commencement

3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Sections 1 and 2 come into force on the later of the day subsection 7 (8) of Schedule 1 to the Good Government Act, 2011 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
