1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 442/95 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

0.1 The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2011 and the day it is filed.
