Amending O. Reg. 16/99

1. Subsections 3 (1) and (2) of Ontario Regulation 16/99 are revoked and the following substituted:

(1) Subject to subsection (3), all land in Ontario is designated under clause 19 (c) of the Act as an area in which documents may not be registered under the Land Titles Act unless they are in an electronic format alone.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2011 and the day it is filed.
