Amending Reg. 402 of R.R.O. 1990

(Chickens — Marketing)

1. Section 7 of Regulation 402 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

1.1 To determine the quality of each class, variety, grade and size of chickens that shall be marketed by each producer.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
