Amending O. Reg. 20/98

(Education Development Charges — General)

1. Clause 16 (2) (b) of Ontario Regulation 20/98 is amended by striking out “clause 241 (1) (a)” and substituting “subsection 241 (1)”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
