Amending Reg. 682 of R.R.O. 1990

(Laboratories)

1. Subclause 9 (1) (a) (iv) of Regulation 682 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(iv) at the request of a registered nurse who holds an extended certificate of registration under the Nursing Act, 1991, or

2. Appendix C to the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2011.
