Amending O. Reg. 562/05

(Prescribed Policy Statements)

1. The French version of Ontario Regulation 562/05 is amended by striking out “régime spécial” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case “régime alimentaire spécial”:

1. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of subsection 1 (1). 

2. Subsection 1 (3).

3. Subsection 2 (1), in the portion before clause (a).

4. Subsection 3 (1).

2. (1) The French version of the title to Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Régimes Alimentaires spéciaux

(2) The French version of the title to Column A to Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “régime spécial” and substituting “régime alimentaire spécial”.

(3) The French version of the title to Column C to Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “régime spécial” and substituting “régime alimentaire spécial”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
