Amending O. Reg. 282/11, which amends O. Reg. 419/05

(Air Pollution — Local Air Quality)

1. (1) Subsection 20 (1) of Ontario Regulation 282/11 is amended by striking out “Subject to subsections (2) and (3)” and substituting “Subject to subsections (2), (3) and (4)”.

(2) Section 20 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(4) Subsections 1 (1) and (3), 17 (1), (3) and (5) and 18 (1), (3) and (5) and section 19 come into force on July 29, 2011.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
