Amending O. Reg. 438/97

(Eligible Investments and Related Financial Agreements)

1. Subparagraph 1 vi.3 of section 2 of Ontario Regulation 438/97 is revoked and the following substituted:

vi.3 a local housing corporation as defined in section 24 of the Housing Services Act, 2011, or

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 184 of Schedule 1 (Housing Services Act, 2011) to the Strong Communities through Affordable Housing Act, 2011 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
