COUNCIL COMPOSITION — REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF DURHAM

Municipality may exercise power

1. The council of The Regional Municipality of Durham may exercise its power under section 218 of the Act to change the method of selecting the head of the council.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
