(Solvency Funding Relief for Certain Public Sector Pension Plans)
1. Subsection 5 (2) of Ontario Regulation 178/11 is amended by striking out “subsection 14 (10) or 47.7 (2)” and substituting “subsection 14 (10) or 47.7 (2) or (3.1)”.
2. (1) Item 1 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
