Amending O. Reg. 155/09

(Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2009-2010 School Board Fiscal Year)

1. (1) Paragraph 5 of subsection 14 (1) of Ontario Regulation 155/09 is amended by striking out “365 (3)” and substituting “365 (3) to (5)”.

(2) Paragraph 6 of subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “365 (3)” and substituting “365 (3) to (5)”.

2. (1) Paragraph 5 of subsection 62 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “365 (3)” and substituting “365 (3) to (5)”.

(2) Paragraph 6 of subsection 62 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “365 (3)” and substituting “365 (3) to (5)”.

3. The French version of item 11 of Table 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “8.88” in Column 2 and substituting “18.88”.

4. (1) Item 62 of Table 19.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “35,975,696” in Column 2 and substituting “34,864,492”.

(2) Item 63 of Table 19.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “40,003,392” in Column 2 and substituting “39,607,561”.

5. Item 71 of Table 26.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “780,593” in Column 2 and substituting “800,593”.
