(Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2010-2011 School Board Fiscal Year)
1. (1) Paragraph 5 of subsection 15 (1) of Ontario Regulation 196/10 is amended by striking out “365 (3)” and substituting “365 (3) to (5)”.
(2) Paragraph 6 of subsection 15 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “365 (3)” and substituting “365 (3) to (5)”.
2. (1) Paragraph 5 of subsection 59 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “365 (3)” and substituting “365 (3) to (5)”.
(2) Paragraph 6 of subsection 59 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “365 (3)” and substituting “365 (3) to (5)”.
3. (1) Item 58 of Table 8 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “0” in Column 5 and substituting “15,700”.
