INTERIM SALARIES AND BENEFITS OF CASE MANAGEMENT MASTERS
Purpose
1. The purpose of this Regulation is to provide for the continuation of salaries and benefits for case management masters, on an interim basis, following the judicial declaration of invalidity of Order in Council 458/2003.
Definition
2. In this Regulation,
“Commission” means the Case Management Masters Remuneration Commission established under Order in Council 359/2012 following the declaration of invalidity of Order in Council 458/2003.
Salaries and benefits continued
3. The salaries and benefits of case management masters determined in the manner set out in Order in Council 458/2003 are continued, on an interim basis, until new salaries and benefits are implemented after the Commission makes its recommendations.
No effect on authority of Commission
4. This Regulation does not affect the authority of the Commission to make recommendations for salaries and benefits of case management masters relating to any period, including any period in respect of which this Regulation applies.
Commencement
5. This Regulation comes into force on the later of March 30, 2012 and the day it is filed.
