Revoking O. Reg. 15/02

(Subsection 7 (2) of the Act — Meaning of Employee)

Revocation

1. Ontario Regulation 15/02 is revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (2) of Schedule 34 to the Better Tomorrow for Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2011 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
