1. (1) Item 36 of Table 2 of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “On or after November 1, 2011” in Column 1 and substituting “On or after November 1, 2011 but before July 1, 2012”.
(2) Table 2 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:
