Amending O. Reg. 465/97

(Regulation Under Section 46.1 of the Act (Prescribed Municipalities, Defence Property))

1. Ontario Regulation 465/97 is amended by adding the following French version:

 

RÈGLEMENT D’APPLICATION DE L’ARTICLE 46.1 DE LA LOI (MUNICIPALITÉS PRESCRITES, BIEN DE LA DÉFENSE)

1. Les municipalités figurant à la colonne 1 sont prescrites pour l’application du paragraphe 46.1 (2) de la Loi.

2. Les biens-fonds et les locaux portant les numéros de rôle d’évaluation figurant à la colonne 2 sont prescrits pour l’application de la définition de «bien de la Défense» au paragraphe 46.1 (1) de la Loi.
