Amending Reg. 804 of R.R.O. 1990

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 19 (2) of Regulation 804 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

For the registration of a new motorized snow vehicle

(2) Paragraph 1 of subsection 19 (2) of the Regulation, as remade by subsection (1), is revoked and the following substituted:

For the registration of a new motorized snow vehicle

(3) Paragraph 1 of subsection 19 (2) of the Regulation, as remade by subsection (2), is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2013 and the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on January 1, 2014.

(3) Subsection 1 (3) comes into force on January 1, 2015.
