Amending O. Reg. 11/01

(assessment of expenses and expenditures)

1. (1) The definition of “B” in subsection 10 (1) of Ontario Regulation 11/01 is amended by striking out “the number of former members” and substituting “the number of former members, retired members”.

(2) Subsection 10 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the number of former members” and substituting “the number of former members, retired members”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of,

(a) the day section 2 of the Pension Benefits Amendment Act, 2010 (section 1.1 of the Pension Benefits Act) comes into force; and

(b) the day this Regulation is filed.
