Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 10 of Part 5 of Schedule 5 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

(2) Part 6 of Schedule 5 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Wellington — Twp. of Puslinch

Village of Morriston

9. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the Village of Morriston, in the Township of Puslinch in the County of Wellington lying between a point situate 550 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Wellington Road 36/Calfass Road and a point situate 350 metres measured northerly from that intersection.

2. (1) Paragraph 3 of Part 3 of Schedule 30 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Huron and Perth — Mun. of South Huron and Twp. of Perth South

Perth — Mun. of West Perth

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 23 lying between a point situate 835 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Kirkton Road/Perth County Line 8 in the Municipality of South Huron in the County of Huron and in the Township of Perth South in the County of Perth and a point situate 480 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as West Perth Line 32 in the Municipality of West Perth in the County of Perth.

(2) Part 4 of Schedule 30 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Huron and Perth — Mun. of South Huron and Twp. of Perth South

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 23 in the Municipality of South Huron in the County of Huron and in the Township of Perth South in the County of Perth beginning at a point situate 335 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Kirkton Road/Perth County Line 8 and extending northerly for a distance of 500 metres.

(3) Paragraph 4 of Part 5 of Schedule 30 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Perth — Twp. of West Perth

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 23 in the Township of West Perth in the County of Perth lying between a point situate at its intersection with the southerly boundary of the roadway known as Frank Street in the Village of Mitchell and a point situate 480 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the roadway known as West Perth Line 32.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
