(ONTARIO COURT OF JUSTICE — FEES)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 210/07 is revoked and the following substituted:
Fees
1. The following fees are payable:

For copies of documents not requiring certification, per page |

For copies of documents requiring certification, per page |

3. |
For a copy on compact disc (CD) of a digital recording of a court hearing in respect of a case, if such a recording exists and a copy is available: |

i. For a single day’s recording |

ii. For each additional day’s recording, if the request is made at the same time as a request under subitem i |

2. Subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Photocopy fee, in certain courts
(1) Despite item 1 of the Table to section 1, if the proceeding in respect of which copies of documents are made is a proceeding in a court described in subsection (2), the fee for copies of documents not requiring certification is $2.00 per page.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force the later of September 1, 2012 and the day it is filed.
