Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. Paragraphs 49 and 50 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:
Renfrew — Twp. of Whitewater Region
49. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Township of Whitewater Region in the County of Renfrew lying between a point in the eastbound lanes situate 2355 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as White Lake Road/Daniel Street and a point situate 85 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Foresters Falls Road.
50. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Township of Whitewater Region in the County of Renfrew lying between a point in the westbound lanes situate 895 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as White Lake Road/Daniel Street and a point situate 85 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Foresters Falls Road.
2. Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 130 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
Prescott and Russell
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 417 in the County of Prescott and Russell lying between a point situate at its intersection with the Ontario-Quebec boundary and a point in the eastbound lanes situate 2355 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as White Lake Road/Daniel Street.
City of Ottawa
2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 417 in the City of Ottawa lying between a point situate at its intersection with the Ontario-Quebec boundary and a point in the westbound lanes situate 895 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as White Lake Road/Daniel Street.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
