Amending Reg. 347 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL — WASTE MANAGEMENT)

1. Paragraph 9 of subsection 16 (1) of Regulation 347 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out the portion before subparagraph i and substituting the following:

9. The driver of a waste transportation vehicle used for the transportation of municipal waste, liquid industrial waste or hazardous waste shall be trained in,

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of November 18, 2013 and the day this Regulation is filed.
