Amending O. Reg. 667/98

(TRAPPING)

1. (1) Part 1 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 667/98 is amended by adding “B.M.I. BT 300” in Column 2 opposite “Beaver” in Column 1.

(2) Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding “Koro #2” in Column 2 opposite “Raccoon” in Column 1.

(3) Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding “Bélisle Sélectif” in Column 2 opposite “Canada Lynx” in Column 1.

(4) Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding “Egg Trap” in Column 2 opposite “Raccoon” in Column 1.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2013 and the day this Regulation is filed.
