Amending O. Reg. 84/03

(USED TIRES)

1. Subsection 1 (2) Ontario Regulation 84/03 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) Despite the definition of “OTS Tire Classification” in subsection (1), the OTS Tire Classification in respect of 2013 is the document of that title that is dated April 2013 and that is made available on the website of Ontario Tire Stewardship on or before April 19, 2013.

2. Clause 8 (5) (a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “at least 45 days before the base fee period begins” at the beginning and substituting “on or before April 19, 2013”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
