Amending O. Reg. 178/11

(solvency funding relief for certain public sector pension plans)

1. Subsection 5 (2) of Ontario Regulation 178/11 is amended by striking out “subsection 14 (10) or 47.7 (2) or (3.1) of the General Regulation” and substituting “subsection 14 (10) or 47.7 (3) of the General Regulation”.

2. Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
