(GENERAL)
1. (1) Subsection 144 (1) of Ontario Regulation 367/11 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
5. A transfer from Mintz & Partners Limited, as the court-appointed receiver and manager of the property, assets and undertaking of Kawartha Native Housing Society Incorporated, to the Ontario Aboriginal Housing Support Services Corporation of any interest in real property set out in the Tables to this paragraph, together with the assets, liabilities, rights and obligations related to the ownership or operation of the real property:

(2) Subsection 144 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) Subject to subsection (3), during the two-year period following the repeal of the former Act, the transfers prescribed under section 15 of Ontario Regulation 368/01 (General) made under the former Act, as that section read immediately before being revoked, are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 2 of subsection 167 (2) of the Act.
(3) The transfers prescribed in paragraphs 20 and 21 of section 15 of Ontario Regulation 368/01 (General) made under the former Act, as that section read immediately before being revoked, are not prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 2 of subsection 167 (2) of the Act.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
