Amending Reg. 735 of R.R.O. 1990

(ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL ROADS AREAS — NORTHWESTERN REGION)

1. Schedule 65 to Regulation 735 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedules:

Schedule 118
spruce lake LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the Township of Pellatt and unsurveyed territory in the Territorial District of Kenora shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-505-B1, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on February 19, 2013.

Schedule 119
PELLATT NO. 2 LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the Township of Pellatt and unsurveyed territory in the Territorial District of Kenora shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-505-13, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on February 19, 2013.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
