Amending Reg. 628 of R.R.O. 1990

(VEHICLE PERMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 17 (1) of Regulation 628 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

For a permit for a motor vehicle or trailer

(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 17 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

For a permit and number plates for a motor vehicle

(3) Paragraph 2 of subsection 17 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

For a permit and number plates for a motor vehicle

(4) Paragraph 3 of subsection 17 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

For a permit and number plate for a trailer

(5) Paragraph 5 of subsection 17 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

For a duplicate validated permit for a motor vehicle or a duplicate permit for a trailer, in case of loss or destruction

(6) Paragraph 6 of subsection 17 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

For a duplicate validated permit, number plates and evidence of validation for a motor vehicle, in case of loss or destruction

(7) Paragraph 6 of subsection 17 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

For a duplicate validated permit, number plates and evidence of validation for a motor vehicle, in case of loss or destruction

(8) Paragraph 6.0.0.1 of subsection 17 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement

3. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2013 and the day it is filed.

(2) Subsections 1 (2) and (6) come into force on November 1, 2015.

(3) Subsections 1 (1), (3), (4), (5), (7) and (8) come into force on January 1, 2016.
