Amending Reg. 562 of R.R.O. 1990

(FOOD PREMISES)

1. Clause 40 (2.1) (b) of Regulation 562 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “a regional veterinarian” at the beginning and substituting “a director”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2014 and the day it is filed.
