Amending O. Reg. 2/05
(FEE WAIVER)
1. (1) Paragraph 1 of section 3 of Ontario Regulation 2/05 is revoked and the following substituted:
1. Fees under Ontario Regulation 94/14 (Fees for Court Transcripts) made under the Act.
(2) Paragraph 9 of section 3 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ontario Regulation 16/00” and substituting “Ontario Regulation 210/07”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of May 1, 2014 and the day it is filed.
