Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 5.2.1 (2) of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “(AbiBow Canada Inc. Pension Plans)” and substituting “(Resolute FP Canada Inc. Pension Plans)”.

2. Paragraph 4 of subsection 5.6.1 (8) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “(AbiBow Canada Inc. Pension Plans)” and substituting “(Resolute FP Canada Inc. Pension Plans)”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 15, 2014 and the day it is filed.
