Amending O. Reg. 224/98

(ASSISTANCE FOR CHILDREN WITH SEVERE DISABILITIES)

1. (1) Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 224/98 is amended by striking out “$460” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “$465”.

(2) Subsection 2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$460” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “$465”.

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Section 1,

(a) comes into force on September 1, 2014, if this Regulation is filed on or before September 1, 2014; and

(b) is deemed to have come into force on September 1, 2014, if this Regulation is filed after September 1, 2014.
